TOPyCo was designed and constructed with the needs of coworkers in mind. The office is newly built, featuring a contemporary design that aims to provide a comfortable and productive environment for users. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, the location offers the convenience of easy access to public transportation such as buses and the metro while ensuring a peaceful working atmosphere.

Large windows allow ample natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. The open-plan layout with high ceilings contributes to a sense of spaciousness, complemented by strategically placed artificial lighting. A communal notice board is available for sharing events, contact details, or other relevant information among coworkers. Additionally, a "Where do you come from" scratch-map showcases the diverse origins of coworkers, fostering a sense of community.

For networking and personalization, individuals can write their contact information on the expansive windows using special liquid chalk. A designated relaxing area with a kitchenette offers a space to unwind, socialize, and enjoy complimentary coffee or tea. A cozy meeting room is equipped with amenities such as a magnetic board and Ethernet connection, providing a quiet and comfortable setting for calls, meetings, or interviews.
