Large windows and loading bay doors open onto a newly constructed deck leading to a private laneway. The studio features a kitchenette, conference table, excellent lighting, and other amenities, making it an ideal workspace.

WHO THEY'RE LOOKING FOR: The studio is seeking creative and professional individuals or duos to join their community, which currently includes professionals in interior design, videography, art direction, copywriting, e-learning, sustainable design, and trend forecasting. Rather than hot-desking tenants, they prefer individuals who can contribute synergistically and become part of the studio's community.

DESK OFFER: Members can enjoy a spacious 2.4-meter desk with storage and an ergonomic chair (chair not shown in photos).
