Settlements

Settlements is a coworking and shared services office located in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia. The 18,000 sqft space is situated in Livingston Tower, a developing Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) building that also houses various amenities such as MORE by Arang Coffee, Urban H Hotel, an event hall, and a gym exclusively for hotel guests and building tenants. The building is home to both local and international companies.

Being in an MSC-status building offers additional benefits for MSC-status companies or those aspiring to achieve this status, including tax incentives provided by the government and MDEC. Settlements aims to create an environment that supports the growth of individuals and companies during their time at the facility.

Collaborations with organizations such as Cradle Fund Malaysia, Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) Penang, USAINS Group, Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), and other similar entities are in place to provide valuable knowledge and skills to the startup, tech, and SME network in Penang. This partnership aims to further enhance the development of the local community.
