Supporting the region, Science Park serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, talented individuals, and companies seeking to transform their ideas into successful ventures. With business developers and offices spread across 13 municipalities in the Jönköping region, Science Park evaluates around 1,000 new business concepts annually, leading to the establishment of approximately 300 new companies each year. Alongside operating an incubator with 18 companies, Science Park also manages a venture capital firm and a regional business angel network. Founded through a collaboration between the Municipality of Jönköping and Habo, Jönköping University, and the Region Jönköping, Science Park is dedicated to assisting businesses in developing the right business model, team, conditions for international expansion, and securing capital for growth, all while ensuring a touch of enjoyment throughout the process. They welcome discussions on any and all ideas, without requiring any prior preparation before meetings. Operating hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, with an early closure at 4pm on Fridays, and closed on weekends to promote a healthy work-life balance.
