Ranch Office

The Ranch Office, Houston's newest coworking venue, draws inspiration from the Texas Ranch and the vibrant West Houston community. It provides a range of options including private office suites, flexible workspaces, and virtual office services to accommodate businesses of various sizes. Strategically situated on I-10 & Blalock, midway between downtown and the Energy Corridor, the space offers a beautiful setting for work.

Scheduled to open in February 2019, individuals can secure their office space by December 31 to benefit from a special offer of two complimentary months. Availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Ranch Office boasts a variety of amenities such as conference rooms, complimentary parking, a rooftop terrace known as the Ranch Deck, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, and Friday happy hours featuring local beer on tap. Additionally, services like a dedicated Ranch Staff, printing/copying facilities, phone rooms, and a virtual business address are available for members.
