New Work

The Hi Piotrkowska complex comprises two office buildings with retail and service sections, as well as the Hampton by Hilton hotel. One of the office towers will be a 20-story structure reaching a height of 82 meters, making it the tallest office building in Łódź, while the other building will have five floors. Together, they will provide a total of 26,000 square meters of rental space, including 21,000 square meters of A+ class office space and 5,000 square meters of retail space. The Hampton by Hilton hotel will feature 149 rooms and a restaurant. Both the hotel and the tallest office building will occupy a standard floor area of 2,000 square meters, with ground floor amenities such as shops, cafes, and restaurants, and medical and fitness facilities on the upper levels. Additionally, the Hi Piotrkowska complex will house nearly 5000 square meters of adaptable office space and modern conference facilities on the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th floors.
