About Neuehouse - Hollywood

NeueHouse Hollywood, the second location of NeueHouse, was established in Los Angeles in October 2015. Situated in the historic 1938 CBS Radio Building on Sunset Boulevard, NeueHouse Hollywood embodies the essence of its surroundings while also bringing a fresh perspective to the cultural scene of Los Angeles. Originally designed by CBS founder Bill Paley as a pioneering structure for mass communication, the building has been repurposed into a seven-story workspace that includes former sound stages and recording studios once frequented by iconic figures like Orson Welles, Lucille Ball, Bob Dylan, and the renowned artist Banksy.

This coworking space caters to the film industry, which is deeply ingrained in Los Angeles' identity, as well as emerging fields such as design, fashion, publishing, and architecture that are shaping the city's future. Different from NeueHouse Madison Square, NeueHouse Hollywood offers a unique array of amenities that capitalize on the Southern Californian climate, featuring two outdoor decks and abundant natural light. Serving as a focal point for public engagement and dialogue, NeueHouse Hollywood is a cultural hub that seamlessly blends the traditions of old Los Angeles with the innovations of the present.

Membership to NeueHouse Hollywood is exclusive and requires an application process.
