Opened in early 2017, Neo is Bruntwood's latest development in Manchester, designed with a contemporary approach to work. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a large digital art space and the reception team responsible for the building's operations.

The first floor houses The Lounge, meeting rooms, and a coworking area offering both dedicated desks and hot desks. The Lounge also provides access to a spacious outdoor terrace with seating and meeting pods.

Jenna, the Community and Events Manager, ensures that all occupants are well looked after, facilitating introductions among neighbors and organizing a variety of industry and social events.

As businesses expand, they have the opportunity to move into Neo's private studio spaces and leased floors on the upper levels. The building currently accommodates Microsoft, Markettiers, Penkeths, Manchester Digital, and various other companies in the digital, tech, and creative sectors.
