L'BLASSA

The new coworking concept, L'BLASSA, has recently opened in the heart of Marrakech, offering more than just office space and amenities - it serves as a central hub for entrepreneurship and thought leadership.

Located at 38 Tariq Ibn Ziad in Gueliz, Marrakech, L'BLASSA was launched by PMS Alliance in response to the increasing demand from Moroccan creative entrepreneurs and new startups. Over the course of six years, the team behind L'BLASSA conducted extensive research, visiting various coworking spaces worldwide to create an ideal environment in Marrakech for entrepreneurs and creatives to work, collaborate, network, and develop their ideas.

Spanning 240 square meters, L'BLASSA features an open coworking space with over 50 desks, a meeting room, multiple lounge areas, an international library, a coffee & juice bar, and a fully equipped conference room that can be easily adapted for workshops, talks, and events. The space is designed to be comfortable, cozy, and practical for extended working hours.

With a goal to support 200 start-ups and entrepreneurs in realizing their full business potential, promote local businesses for post-pandemic growth, and facilitate international networking events to encourage cross-cultural collaborations and partnerships, L'BLASSA aims to be a dynamic space for innovation and growth.

Entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners can choose to become monthly or weekly members at L'BLASSA, or opt for a day pass to experience the space.
