Hing Hay Coworks

Hing Hay Coworks, a program under the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda), serves as a collaborative workspace for freelancers, boutique firms, and startups seeking meaningful partnerships, creative exploration, and the realization of innovative ideas. It has become a thriving community of digital entrepreneurs who utilize connections within the Asia Pacific Rim community to launch and expand their ventures.

In collaboration with the esteemed architects from Sundberg Kennedy Ly-Au Young, Hing Hay Coworks offers a versatile and welcoming work environment designed to foster productivity. The space features a thoughtful layout that caters to various needs, including areas for collaboration, individual focus, formal meetings, and casual social interactions.

The coworking space provides a range of amenities, such as a large conference room that can accommodate 14-16 individuals and is equipped with a 60" LED TV, whiteboards, and a projector available upon request. Additionally, there is a medium conference room for 8-10 people, four small meeting rooms for 3-4 people each with whiteboards, two phone booths, high-speed fiber broadband internet access, a print and copy center, mail services, lockers, a microwave, a refrigerator, and unlimited coffee and tea for members to enjoy.
