The most recent addition to the network is a charming, historically significant property situated in the lively St Pauls neighborhood. Featuring lofty ceilings, grand Georgian windows, and abundant natural light, Brunswick Square offers a range of flexible spaces including dedicated and communal workstations, private studios, meeting rooms, cozy corners for relaxation, and a communal kitchen. Additionally, there is a designated event area capable of accommodating up to 120 standing guests or 60 seated attendees.

Membership packages start at £125 per month (plus VAT), encompassing a comprehensive array of amenities such as inclusive utility bills, high-speed fiber optic internet, round-the-clock access*, on-site assistance from the Community Manager, private meeting rooms, various breakout spaces, a calendar of complimentary events and social gatherings, as well as provisions for coffee, tea, and other essentials. Secure underground storage for bicycles is also available.
