Exchange Christchurch

A unique and vibrant creative center located just outside the Christchurch CBD, housed in a warehouse setting. The space features open floor artist studios, a production/makerspace, and a coworking area tailored for digital and hands-on 3D/textile creatives. Additionally, there is an events space, exhibition area, showcase space, licensed cafe/bar, and a small accommodation/artist residency flat. This setup allows for the exploration of connections within both the local creative community and a global network of creatives.

Visitors have the opportunity to witness live artist demonstrations and contribute to the creative ecosystem by supporting XCHC. The center aims to provide a nurturing environment for individuals to create, exhibit, and share their artistic endeavors with minimal risk.
