Confluence Small Business Collective

Confluence is a communal workspace that provides a variety of amenities for local professionals, including flexible workspaces, meeting areas, and additional services. Situated in downtown Lafayette, it offers easy access to nearby coffee shops and restaurants, where members and visitors can work, collaborate, and network.

Established at its current location on 75 Waneka Parkway since 2018, Confluence serves as a hub for a diverse community of business owners, freelancers, and remote workers from various fields. The facility spans nearly 8,000 square feet and includes private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a lounge.

The community at Confluence is made up of a mix of self-employed individuals, small business owners, and remote workers employed by companies outside the area. In addition to the array of resources available to support professionals, many members appreciate the opportunity to socialize, share meals, and build relationships with others in the space. Collaborations often form organically as members become acquainted and develop trust in each other's work.
