The Malaysia-based startup CO3 Social Office has officially launched its first office location in Puchong, Malaysia, spanning 22,400 square feet. This marks the completion of the initial office out of the five planned by the company.

Earlier this year, the startup introduced its vision at Connexion in Nexus, Bangsar South. During a gathering of 1,500 individuals, the CO3 team outlined their mission to establish the "most impressive office in Malaysia" by June 2017. They also disclosed plans to open a total of five offices within a 12-month period.

Many traditional offices have areas such as meeting rooms or managerial spaces that are either unused or not fully optimized. Co-working spaces offer a solution for companies to convert these real estate expenses into sources of income.

In line with their "heartware" ethos, this co-working space provides flexible leasing options starting from just one month, along with an honor system for food and beverages within the workspace. Moreover, all proceeds generated from this system will be directed towards charitable initiatives.
