The newly established and inviting City Hub coworking and event venue is situated in the heart of Almaty, within a historic building constructed in 1953 known as "The famous spire of Almaty".
City Hub features intelligent offices suitable for 4-8 individuals, a meeting room, and a conference room accommodating up to 30 people. Additionally, there is an open-plan coworking area available for use with a single subscription.
Residents have access to complimentary amenities such as wifi, a kitchen with equipment, security and cleaning services, lockers, coffee, tea, filtered water, and fruit-infused water. Furthermore, printing and secretarial services are available to residents.
For conference room rentals, clients are provided with a flipchart, projector with screen, and catering services upon request. The coworking space includes a charming coffee shop where visitors can savor delectable pastries amidst pleasant music. Pet owners are welcome to bring their furry companions as the space is pet-friendly.
To promote eco-friendly practices, waste bins for separate recycling are conveniently located throughout the coworking area. The total space of the coworking venue spans 330m2, with an outdoor terrace. Future plans include the introduction of a music corner equipped with various instruments and a fitness corner.
