Driven by values of community, well-being, and tradition, the project seeks to connect this remote yet captivating location with the global community, serving as a source of inspiration for visitors. Set around a historic stone house dating back to 1915, the coliving is conveniently located just 1 km from the lively town center of Laxe on the Costa da Morte in Galicia. Surrounded by a 2,500-square-meter plot of land and a sprawling hill, the house offers access to various paths leading to pristine beaches, showcasing the region's natural beauty.

The Costa da Morte region boasts a rich tapestry of history, traditions, culture, gastronomy, wilderness, and wildlife, making it a hidden gem of Galicia.
